I am very sorry to inform you that today I called up to 985101xxx to inform my some grievances regarding my money deduction with some nonsense package activation Aircel , which I have no idea who activated in my cell phone. But unfortunately the guy other side started talking very rudely with me. He even called me dumb and asked me that your money will not be refunded at any cost.When I asked him to give me another higher escalation number, he refused. He also refused to give me his full name. I want them to stop behaving like this with customers.And to stop them to abuse customers for no reason. I have complained for my money which was deducted for no good reason. And did not loud or used any bad words you can go with the recording. But why is the person on the other side started abusing me??
