Aircel – Payment not added to account..

Hello, On 7th October, I paid payment of RS 326 at 1 PM for my wife mobile number 9840167131 to AIRCEl through IOB netbanking. The amount i paid at 1 PM got transaction failure message, and for the same i contacted the IOB bank and they mentioned the amount has been passed from the bank to Aircel through Transaction ID MIOB3127812378 and it was successful. I have sent more than 5 mails regarding this to AIRCEL and each and every time they have not responded me properly and after 10 days they are saying now the below: “With reference to your appended mail, as per the feedback from the concern team the payment Transaction got failed, request you to check in bank end.” But i got the confirmation from Indian Overseas Bank on 8th October as below: “As confirmed with AIRCEL, payment has been updated on 08.10.2013 with Transaction ID MIOB3127812378” Below are the transaction details for the transaction failure of Rs.326 amount that was done at 1 PM on 7th October. Online payment 1. Transaction number –> MIOB3127812378 2. Date of transaction –> 7th Oct 2013 3. Amount –> Rs.326 4. Bank and website name through which the transaction is processed –> Indian Overseas Bank. I have been forced to send mails back and forth for the past 15 days to bank and AIRCEL, where the bank responded me immediately and AIRCEL took their own time and saying the issue is on the bank end. I need this payment issue to be reolved and it needs to be added to the AIRCEL account for the moble number 9840167131.
