Aircel Poor Network Quality – Kept me Waiting for Years

I bought aircel connection in end of 2008 and by then Aircel was establishing their market at that time. I had given the complaint the very first day for network related issue. Since then I have given numerous complaints on the same topic. They used to call and would said the network issue will be resolved soon as they are updating their networks and I will get the message soon. But even after 5 years almost I am still facing the same issue. Once I insisted them to reply whether they are going to give proper network in my place or not. So after so many mail communication(In 2013) they said they cannot provide the network at my place. My question is why they made me wait for years together if they cannot provide the service.

I want a written apology from the top higher management and If possible compensation for the difficulties I faced.
