sir, i had lost my number 9716864244 on 23rd july 2013 then i informed to police station. after that i visited to fusion solution to get new sim because i have been using this sim since 2009 and i have charged a coupon of rs.498/- on 17.7.2013 with other sms std scheme also. when i asked to mr. mukul and another available employee about my number then they informed me that this number is not registered in your name. it was registered in the name of urmila. then i request them to issue sim but they refused. it is not my fault if company feed any form in another name. then i mailed or contact customer care and ask why you not contact to urmila ask about this number then you get true position. but they are not ready listen to anything and don’t want to solve this problem. i have purchased two another number from fusion solution with my i.d. but they have not provide any receiving and refused. it means after 1-3 years this number could be registered in the name of another person.

I WANT SIM WITH SAME NUMBER AND BALANCE, SCHEME ETC. AND COPY OF RECEIVING OF FORM FOR FUTURE IDENTIFICATION.
