micromax mobile – faulty product

my micromax canvas hd phone was not able to boot so i gave it to its service centre on 26th july 2013. It is under warranty period, They said it will be ready within 15-20 working days. Now its more than a month and they are not returning it back and always saying next week since three weeks. MY mobile IMEI NUMBER- 911304250683129 Service centre receipt number- 3325 Mbile number registered-9379939528

If they are not able to repair it in one week yhen i want it to be replaced my another phone.
