I am Sourav Kar of Santipur, Nadia, W.B. using mobile no. 7031209303 which is of Aircel connection. The company has deducted my balance total of Rs. 65 in 6 different times. Rs.10 for 5 times and Rs.15 once without any cause. They have refunded me only Rs.10 after many arguments. Still Rs. 55 is due. Whenever I call them for these deductions they just say that I have played online games. Believe me this excuse is baseless. It is my personal mob. and its keypad is always locked with security code. So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise they will again cut my balance. I also request you to do something so that Rs. 55 should be refunded into my balance.
