Aircel – Random Balance deduction poor service

My Balance is getting deducted random basis from 24th Aug. Every time they are giving me some reason which is really not valid. The customer care person is not helping at all. I have talked to the appellate authority on 28th Aug. First time they refunded back my balance . But the same story repeats on the next day 31st Aug. This time they giving me some bluff reason. I do have Net pack (2G and 3G) in my mobile . , i haven’t accessed any type of paid site. or i haven’t asked to activate any type of service but still they are deducting the balance on daily basis. Please look into this issue.

I want a proper and unbiased check for my mobile number to check if all the balance deduction happened due to my fault or Company with a proper reason.
