balance from my account automatically deducting with out my informing me.them self they are activating some services pack and sending messages that thank you for activation and you have been charged 30rs. another messages with another service pack activated you have charged 10rs.till they have deducted 240 rs from account with out informing me.same thing happens to some of my friends aircel users,this company is cheating customers.i have called 198 & 121 customer several time to register a complaint but nobody feeling responsible,they gave me some false complaint numbers and cheated me.have not solved my problem. and they rejected my number from customer care service,now iam not able to call customer care service center to solve my problem.still they are deducting my balance,even today they have deducted balance,know am not able to call customer care,they kept number in rejected.please solve my problem

I want my deducted balance should be refunded. 240 rs till date they deducted. aircel customer care executives are cheaters,they are cheating people by giving fake complaint numbers. pls take action on them.
