Vodafone VAS Wrong billing

Service request number is 412275153. I will not waste your valuable time in any lengthy communications I had been doing with Vodafone officers but I appeal you to instruct your office to look into this matter with sincere efforts beacuase I have raised an important issue in VAS services which are violated by many Mobile Service providers who are using DATA USAGE connection with GPRS activation which today is by default activated without approval or consent of the consumer as per your given code of guidelines in latest SMART Phones. These SMART phones have pre-installed Applications which automatically USE internet DATA with default GPRS activated by almost all service providers. There are 1000s of innocent customers banging their heads in Mobile Galleries with complaints.This is illegal & many uneducated & even educated people are paying for such technical blunder which is just filling money of companies who don’t care about people money or I shouldn’t say this but they are ignoring TRAI guidelines & codes. I have been having so many communications complaining to Vodafone company with CC emails going to various respected officers of TRAI but it seems none of the officers taking this matter seriously in the interest of Consumers. To me this attitude or behavior of Vodafone Officers with confusing responses & delays is not just fooling me but ignoring your office sanctity. Vodafone company is not ready to resolve this even after their own officers agreeing to VAS issues raised me got waived off but again a new bill comes demanding new charges. This is open harassment by the staff of Vodafone Nodal Office. But now they still want to harass me by not deactivating my mobile # 9999 824 609 even after taking final settlement of Rs.222/- HDFC Bank Check after their Nodal Officer Preeti Bhatia asking me to deposit final charges to close this matter once for all.

I should get whatever I paid so far for wrong billing of VAS services. I asked for detailed Data Usage mail from them but they have simply igonored. They cannot give the Data Usage details because they know they are lying & they are doing this with many Consumers.
