Aircel – Rejected port without reason

Dear sir, I have requested for a port out from Aircel five times. They have rejected my port out request all the times without any reason.Even i have fully paid the bill on time.Even i have followed all the rules and also met the all port out conditions as per company TRAI rules.Even i have also Email and Contact then but i didn’t get any valid solution of my problem.
Due to their network issue i dont get my important calls And i also missed my company cab because of network issue.Due to which i have to use public transport on my own expenses which cost me 2000 and above every month and some times i also got late and got warning from my managers.
