I m using Aircel services for my mobile since 3 yrs but from last 3-4 months they started deducting my balance by subscribing unnecessary VAS activation on my Mobile without my knowledge When brought this matter to there constomer services executive he said its from my side. Its too ridiculous of them.
Sir, its common sense when I don’t know how to use that so called VAS services then why the hell I will subscribe it!!! I m providing u with some of the complaint I’d which they gave with assurance that my problem will b solved but they have closed that complaint without informing me 1) Complaint I’d 115048794472 issued on 22/3/2014 2) complaint id 115302681561 issued on 14/4/2014 Sir ,when ever I recharge my Mobile in 2-3 days my balance will get nil due to this VAS activation …for that very reason I stopped recharging my mobile. When I m not able to use my balance then why to recharge it and waste my money!! Sir please look into the matter as I m not the only sufferer of this aircel services they are many more like me
I want all my money to be refunded as mentioned above 2) issuing a notice to aircel services to stop such policies of unnecessary VAS activation without customer subscribing to it
