Airtel PrePaid Online Recharge Failed – No Refund

Myself recharge online with state bank net banking my mobile of rs.330 on 30/04/2014, recharge not done and amount deduct from bank, i registered complaint to airtel on 01/05/2014 & complaint no is 304303617700, after one weak phone came from airtel executive and said that your amount will be refund with in a week, but still i did not received any amount so many times i make call to airtel call centre to 121 now they reply there is not any single transaction of rs.330 and against this complaint we are transferring your call to our senior but not a single time no call connected to airtel senior executive so please help me to refund my rs. 330 from airtel company, thanks.
