I activated a data plan with *121*555#on my Aircel number (7737XX5245) But this data plan is not activated on my no and they deduce RS 5 from my account. I think data plan is activated because company deduce Rs 5 from my account after that I activate data connection. I use Whattsapp for 2 min and they deduce RS 16.80 from my account. when I call to customer care (198) they said that their system is not updated so you call after 2 hours. on next morning I call to customer care but call disconnected after when particular time when you want to talk customer care. They waste my 2 Hours and they does not take my complaint and they ended call.

I want all my economic Damage and they waste my 2 hours so i want my compensation. I want my Refund and compensation.
