Had applied for Dubai visa from Meghapriya Travels for 3 family members. Booked tickets from make my trip. PNR no. for Mr. Arul Selvan was not updated by travel authorities/visa authorities for visa process. Mr. Arul was not let to board the flight on 23rd Dec 2014. Resulting to reach the destination late after processing was complete.

Had to incur loss of Rs.12500/- by rebooking the ticket to Mr. Arul Selvan for the journey to Abudhabi by the same agency. Agency/Visa processing agency to pay back the ticket fair.
