my no- 9852524349 had been recharged with rs 199 that comprises of 1 GB data balance. My data balance is not over yet, but from the past two days when ever i am using whtsapp application through internet, there is an unfair reduction of more than 60 rs from my main balance. For the same, i have called 198, but they are not giving proper answer and are also not lodging the complaint.

I am a student and the unfair reduction in my balance has caused a connection issue and also economic disturbance. Students does not get that much money to recharge daily.

Take proper action against AIRCEL company and also i want compensation.
