I bought nokia 720 in may \which was defective, after a lot of hassles and discussions with nokia people, last month, the company agreed to go for a replacement of my phone.But since then 1 month has passed and i have recieved no response from the nokia end, service centre say it will come soon, the person from nokia replacement team said it will come in 7-10 days but more than a month has passed. My complaint number with the company is 1-14135344963 . please take this matter as urgent
