My Aircel Mobile number is 98047514XX. Today morning I have seen Rs.1.5 deducted from my a/c for sms charges. but I did not send any sms to any person. then I call customer care executive to help me out, but he could not help me. I claime to back my deducted balence but he replied that that amount not to refundable. also last week Rs.20 deducted my a/c dont know why? I have launch a complain that complain ref. no is 1-14229857175 resoled on 11/12/2013, not satisfied. please do something as soon as possible otherwise I definitely switch to other company.

Aircel being a responsible company should not resort to such unfair business practices.

wrongly charged on mobile tariffs

As per my tariff plan all local and std call charge is 40 paisa per minute.Today I called a std number for 33 minute for which charge should be 13 rupees and 20 paisa but more than 26 rupees deducted from my account. What is the reason behind it ? And if it done erroneously then please refund the balance.
