Aircel VAS Activation Balance Deduction

Sir, Company has deducted 1 rs, for one day sms charge and changed my 35 rs tariff plan to general plan. This type of action is done twice. For first time company said that we cannot register complain after 72 hr of activation. Now this time I called the company twice and call was cancelled saying technical up gradation is going on . After that call hangup automatically during saying we are connecting to our executive.

I want to return my money back and special rules for such a fraud and corrupt company.
