This is in reference to the billing of my Aircel no. 7503031232 which is subscribed to me Yesterday I received bill for the period of 19/04/2014 to 18/05/2014. After checking the bill I found the major problem which is the roaming charges of Rs. 608.89 in it which shocked me as I haven’t traveled in roaming area then how can Aircel charge me for roaming. I have attend office regularly and if you want you can check with my office and my system’s log. I haven’t traveled any where outside the home network.

I request you to kindly remove these charges from my bill and compensate for the mental agony in which I was. My bill is attached for your perusal and action. password to open my bill is 7503031232.
