Aircel – Wrong bill + Poor Customer Service

I was pay my bill amount on 2nd Aug 2014 amount 634 but they are regularly called for payment I had share the detail with him but it is not updated on aircel account I had given several confirmation through call or email then finally payment updated on 25th Aug 2014 but at this time already deactivated my outgoing facility I am escalating it on care.aircel but issue not resolved then also charged additional bill of gprs that is not acceptable because according to them my bill amount is 3944 but My credit limit is 1605 so how it can be possible. So request you to please help on this.
