AirIndia – Cancelled Return Journey refund not received

Details of the Cancelled Return Journey are given below: Booking Ref No. – YP3RY Flight – AI 9712 Date of journey – 20-12-2014 From- Shillong To- Kolkata Passenger’s List: 1. SURAJ KUMAR DAS 2. NITAI CHANDRA DAS 3. DIPTI DAS I have cancelled the return journey on 14-NOV-2014 and sent a request mail to ecommerce@airindia.in to process the REFUND on the same day.I got a reply that Refund can only be processed after completion of one-way journey. I completed my one way journey on 15-12-2014 and again sent a request mail to ecommerce@airindia.in to process the required Refund. I got a reply from ecommerce@airindia.in on 18-Dec-2014 as “Dear Sir, We are processing refund against this transaction. The amount will be credited to your account in 8-10 working days Regards, Ecommerce/ck ” But I did NOT get the required refund till date. Neither they are receiving any call (011-24624074/011-24624075) nor replying any mail further.

Because of the delay in refund, Bank is charging the interest on the required amount as I had booked ticket using my Credit Card.
