Nokia Mobiles Under warranty Demand money for Repair

I have Nokia Lumia 720. The phone was bought in Aug’13. Nokia has a program by which I can extend the warranty for another one year by paying additional charges for one year. I opt for the service and paid Nokia for the same. In Aug’14 month its Touch pad got faulty (continuously clicking without any human interference). Nokia replaced the display and touch screen and returned the phone. This time on 26 Dec 2014 onward the same problem has again started. I visited Nokia, Vashi, Navi Mumbai service center but this time they have not accepted citing the phone has got some cracks on the screen so warranty is void and we can not entertain it. Although The display has got cracks, which are of 2-3 cm. These cracks are around 2 month old and nothing to do with the functioning of touch pad as my phone worked perfectly fine for 2 months with these cracks. Now as there is a problem of Touch Pad Nokia is denying to to the repair of Touch pad, which is its inherent design problem (see earlier also in Aug’14 exactly the same issue aroused). By taking benefit of cracks on display of screen Nokia is denying its responsibility of repairing its own fault. In spite of the product under warranty, they are asking me to pay Rs. 6790 for repair of the same. The phone should be repaired by NOKIA Service centre without any significant cost as product is under warranty period
