I have applied for broadband connection of GTPL and accepted the payment as per selected plan. Now due to irresponsibility of one of the technician they rejected the application saying non feasibility of connectivity as they have already given connection to one of the factory near my office. I am asking him to give me the reason in writing but he is not responding properly. I am complaining since 15 days but still not getting any reply from their side.

I want internet connectivity. They have given me other option for Wireless router but they are asking additional Rs. 10000/- for the same. As I have already paid for the plan I have selected.
