I was booked flight from new delhi to Madurai travel date 23 feb 15 departure time is 0655 from IGI airport. airline is AIRINDIA my PNR no is YC5P5 because of problem in taxi service I reached airport at 0555. in display board my journey displayed as open for checkin. I was in quee. when I reached the counter I was told that your checkin closed, that time was 0610. I informed them the problem I faced by taxi. I waited there 10 min. they asked me to spoke to the manager present between 1 to 3 counter. in between some other passenger they made phone calls to some people and gave to the manager who stands there and got checkin for their flights. the manager told me to search for next available flight, then I left the checkin counter about 0630 still time was there to catch my flight. I reported to booking counter they checked and guided me to go and book flight at jet airways the next counter to them. I asked them to book only in airindia. they cancelled my old ticket and made new ticket about 0645 till time to departure my flight the old ticket rs is 19254 because of them I need to spend more rs 26600 for delhi to and ennai Chennai to Madurai 7556 if they were closed the checkin means why the display showed is till open. if they can gave check in to people who know them personally in the same time I am also waiting among them for checkin why they guiding me to go and book flight in jetairways. we can check the CCTV camera details of metro train is traveled from dhula khan to terminal 3 and IGI airport for the timings

the amount lost due to the booking and for emotional damage caused to me and my wife and my one year old son 200000 +53410=253410
