Sir, In Official Website of Airports Authority of India a separate caption i.e. “AAI employee’ shows various orders/details related to working/serving employees which discloses complete information related to working structure, policies, organisation’s important decisions guidelines as well as an employees transfer/promotion/demotion orders etc in public domain. I grievance is that this type of information of an organisation like AAI (a miniratna ) should not be shared for common public, which may affect the image of organisation in general and employees’ career in particular because one organisation’s policies/internal decisions may be leaked and information can be shared by other competitors. The employees are asset of AAI and information related to them should be circulated /shared through separate domain/employee login for effective management. Thanks, Jeevan Chandra
