I am airtel 2G internet user for the past 6 months. I am using airtel’s 2G services, and i was enjoying a modest speed of 150 to 250 kbps. This was adequate to view Gmail and other websites. But right now, [from 25.07.2013] i get just 27 kbps speed only. I do not know the reason for sudden decrease in speed. This speed is not even sufficient to open Gmail and other Emails. Kindly address the problem, and restore the internet speed.
