I having 10 postpaid corporate Airtel numbers on the name of firm Hawk Advance Technologies chandigarh. I had activated a plan for 2G unlimited data for Rs.249/- on number 978090xxx but now they have imposed extra amount of Rs . 3358.68 /- including 249 /- on me. When i asked about the matter they replied me that this plan was for 2GB free data only. Further usage charges are 10paisa /10 kbps. I am having the recording of their employee telling me the plan for unlimited usage. He never told about charges to be applicable after 2GB data is over. They had imposed double internet charges on me earlier also. They really loot the customer. I haven’t paid yet. They had stopped the service of all my numbers.

I want you to help me deduct the extra amount from my bill. And my services should be started.
