Air India – Flight missing misguidance by staff refund delay

I have miss my flight on 13 october, 2014 at 1.20 pm Flight No AI 433, from IGI Airport due to miss guidance of your ground staff, boarding time was 12.40, but I have reached there before time after successfully I went to gate no 29B. when I reached there, I asked your ground staff for the flight they told me it have time to take off please sit and wait we informed you, after that at 13.20 when again asked for the flight they told me it take off how can it possible without any announcement, then I went to your customer satisfaction and told them for arrange any other flight but they could not help me, then I have cancel my 1 ticket which one from Gaya to Kolkata, and they told me my money will be refund on agent account then I also got a mail from AIR INDIA, my money will be refund but after 7 days still my money not refund. I am giving you final warning if my money will not refund in 7 days or air india arrange another flight for me on December 2014 from Kolkata to New Delhi, then I will go to consumer court.
