I have purchased a hime gym product from shoplclues on 2nd May 2015. The product was shipped on 4th May 2015 from Jalandhar through Fedex courier with the tracking number 639261038247. Shopclues claims that the product was delivered on 22/05/2015, but on tracking the shipment it is showing as only label has been created and the product is not yet received from the seller. But shopclues has updated in its site that the product is shipped and also delivered. On what basis they claim that the product is delivered and also they are not ready to provide the proof of delivery and not even ready to cancel the order its been a month no sign of product nor the money is refunded.

I have paid 1098 Rs for the product on 2nd May 2015 until today i would have purchased a same thing from the local market its a mental stress daily to think of our hard earned money being given to a stupid company for free.
