Airtel 3G Data Billing is Wrong

This is regarding excess data usage. I have taken data pack of 250 Rs for 1 GB But after bill generation, i was told to pay 771 rs except 250 rs for 1 GB. for Net usage. When i called to customer care, They have logged the Case two times and told that i will get a call back but didn’t receive one. Now i am getting calls from Customer care for the same. Please help.
Regarding this issue, I am facing continuous issue and i need to get the issue resolved permanently. I want 776 rupees to be waived as this is wrongly added in my bill.
