AIRTEL 3G DATA CARD NOT GIVING INTERNET CONNECTION AS PER AGREEMENT

I have taken Airtel 3G Dongle under Corporate Plan to perform some of my official work. The offer given to me was 5 GB unlimited data, up to 5 GB speed suppose to be 5 MBPS later on 128. Even from first day itself I am not getting speed more than 10 KBPS as a result I am not able to open even google/Gmail. I did complain on same day but they register the Complain on 21st May , now they are saying that our network has no coverage on Billekahalli (560076) Bangalore this is why connectivity is week. It is postpaid connection after inspection of my residence they have started the connection ,so they should have inspected the feasibility also at that time. Now they are telling it can not be rectified as it is technical issue from their side so, I should not penalise for that. I request them to return my rental advance but they are denying to do so. It is cheating from Airtel side which they did with me they did agreement on something with me and it has not fulfilled. As it more than one month after giving complain. I was dependent on Airtel Dongle for my official work , so I have make alternate arrangement to run my Work which cost me extra that is unnecessary damage happen because of Airtel issue, which is now out of my Budget but I was bonded to do so if I want my official work to be done

I want Airtel to Return my Four month Rental advance. As well as they have to pay my Damage as they were not stick with Agreement which I have signed with them. Please help me.
