Airtel Mobile SIM Card De-Activated

Airtel Deactivated my sim card and when I contacted them they said that my sim card or my number is no longer available. I went out of station for 2 months and after I returned I found that they deactivated my services. According to airtel customer service they said me if I have a balance and validity of my number then my number will be active but after I returned I found my number deactivated. I had balance and even validity of my number was till 2020. However now if I contact them they are telling me to take a new number. My old number is +91 9177775477 (AIRTEL)

I have all my business contact to that number. Now I am not receiving calls from clients because that number is not in service. I have a loss of about 30000 per month as the my airtel number was the only number available with my clients. Now I don’t have a source of income.

I want to file a suit of Rs.200000 against airtel as it will at lest take 6 months to gather all my clients and give them my new number. I will not have a source of income for the next 6 months so I need a claim of Rupees 2 lakhs.
