Sir, I received a message from Bharti Airtel Mobile Services that ” my registration failed and submit Photo and ID proof”. I then went to showroom with documents at Jalandhar Cantt. He told me to go to Jalandhar city showroom. I went to Jalandhar city , they asked me to call to customer care from where I was told that my said number has been closed which cannot be stared again. I don’t know whats the reason. I am using this number for the last 8-9 years and there is lying credit in my account. I don’t want to close this number. Kindly guide me in this regard. Thanks,
