Sir, I have an airtel connection (prepaid).I live in delhi. Today I went to airtel site.I checked the 3g plans .One of them was for Rs155. It was mentioned I will get 500Mb 2g +500Mb 3g data but i got only 350Mb 3g. I talked to customer care, they said the plan has changed but the airtel site still shows the same. They said I was free to complain. I got only 70% of what was mentioned, a fraud of Rs46.5. Perhaps the customer care executive did not understand the gravity of the situation. I am sure there are a million people using airtel service and i will not be surprised if the total fraud reaches a crore or more. I am not afraid to disclose my identity.If i am not contacted within two days, people do not get their compensation I will file a fraud case and get airtel blacklisted in my college. -Rajat Paul Student IIT Delhi 9818955165
