Airtel 3G Data – Wrong Balance Deduction

Dear sir, Please help me, I have a airtel number 9695333367 on which i have subscribe a 19 rupees data pack of 100 mb for 3 days on 25/11/2013 & yesterday although i have 0.19 mb remaining data yet company deducted my 0.05 mb data & 31 rupees both for a browsing of within 1 min.

When i have complained regarding this matter their customer care are saying u have 0 mb data plan so right balance is deducted still i have 0.14 mb remaining data just now. This is totally illegal and the case must be investigated by competent authority like you or the TRAI / DoT and help distressed consumers like us.
