Airtel – 3G Dongle & 3G services poor quality no one responding

Sir / Madam, I have purchased 3G Airtel dongle & Sim No. 7738102192, A/c no. 1046174663 for Rs. 500 and assurance to get a speed of 7.2 Mbps. However, to my surprise I got maximum speed of only 128 kbps. I took up the matter with the agent who after checking informed me that there may be issue in the dongle but we cant change it. I continuously took up the matter with mails (have copy of all communication) for 3 months and requested them to take the dongle and refund my amount. Instead of returning the amount, they raised the bill of Rs. 1625 for which I don’t know how it has been charged.

The amount of Rs. 1625 (which now I have paid as Airtle made it a legal matter and I got a call from Malad police station to pay the amount), Plus the amount of Dongle Rs. 500 + Plus the mental harassment for 3 months and then follow-up by police. Total of Rs. 10,000.00 (as a minimum amount). Copy of mails from me to airtel is enclosed.
