Sir I want to inform you that I am consumer of Bighapur block district unnao, Uttar Pradesh. In Bighapur power station whole staff is very lazy they never distribute electric bills on time and they never sent the bills person to person. Instead of sending the bills person to person they handover the whole bills to one person who is not an authorized person and that person dump bills in his home and real consumer never get their bills in time. Most of the times the bills reach to the consumer after payable date. Due to this all consumers are suffering very much. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged to you.
