I am using Airtel 3G data card ,650 plan i was able to use the services till 30 April 2013 from 17 April 2013 and after that 3G were banned in Maharashtra so the device had stopped working so i was not able to use it further . now they are telling as you have to pay the bill for complete month ,i have used it for only 12 days and after that due to there problem i was not able to use it so why should i pay the complete bill . i contacted customer care i told they to give discount on monthly use i have a limit of 3 GB but due to your problem i was able to use only 1GB they are telling me as then u may pay Rs5000 then we will give you discount on monthly usage.

Kindly give me the discount that’s it.
