I was in need of a Mini refrigerator. I found the a product by the name of VOX mini refrigerator on www.naaptol.com Here is the link of advertisement and product description. http://www.naaptol.com/refrigerators/vox-portable-mini-refrigerator-for-home—car-+-cz-diamond-silver-plated-pearl-necklace-set/P/876761.html I purchased the same as they had described it as a MINI REFRIGERATOR THAT FREEZES. But when i got that product delivered to me, it is actually a THERMOELECTRIC COOLER WHICH COOLS IN THE RANGE OF 15-25 DEGREE. And that is of no use for me as my AC can cool at same temperature. I was in need of a Refrigerator and that was they had written about the product. Nowhere in their website details they had mentioned that “”it is not a refrigerator but a thermoelectric cooler and it does not freezes but cools at 15-25 degree.”” I complained them in written mails 3 times but they are not willing to listen.

If they have a Mini refrigerator with the features they have mentioned on their website, they should deliver (That’s what i have paid for), else. they should pick their Thermoelectric cooler and return my money.
