Airtel 3G Excess Data Billing

I am a post paid customer of Airtel 3G with mobile number 9933XXX522(West Bengal circle).My postpaid plan includes 750 MBs of internet usage and 100 minutes of local calls for 1 month at Rs.149(excluding taxes).On April 1 2015 there came a message on my mobile at 13.22Hrs saying that I have used 100% of the internet following which I switched off my data.On the same day there came another message at 18.16hrs I have used 795 MBs of data out of 750 MBs of my data plan.I called up Airtel customer service immediately. They asked me to email my complaint at 121@in.airtel.com. I did the same but in reply they asked me to email me after this month’s bill was generated .My bill was generated on 3rd April 2015 charging Rs764 .They have charged the excess 45MBs at the rate of 10Paisa per 10kbs which comes out to be approx Rs.460(Rs515 including taxes of 12%).If 12% taxes is added up to this which they have charged ,it comes out to b e around Rs.515.I emailed my complaint again without getting any satisfactory reply. I switched off my data when the 100% usage of my 750MBs of data was sent to me. Why shall I pay Rs.515 excess without any fault of mine? This is a humble request to you to see the matter. I want the excess Rs.515 charged on me be deducted.
