I purchase the Airtel 3G internet modem through univercell shop on the 3th feb. Still airtel internet sim not activated. The univercell shop told me to submit all document to airtel and i have done the same. However, the lethargic customer care of Airtel is not ready to get back to me and I am facing loss of business and also currency on the 3G pre-paid card as days just pass by without using the Internet.

Kindly look into this issue ASAP and revert.
