Airtel 3G Mobile Data Balance Deduction to Nil

I use a 3G sim no-8473869702. I ask a airtel retailer to recharge 2GB on 5th July ‘2013 and as per given him Rs 450.00. After 19th July it shows my account balance is nil and when tried to check my usage, showed invalid account selection. After a long discussion with several person it revealed that recharge cost is 449 only and that retailer recharged my 3G by Rs 450.00 and that is not for 3G, that is for full talk time. I caught that retailer and he showed his airtel rate chart where it is written Rs 450.00 for prepaid as well as for postpaid. I have collected that chart. Now I have tried to talk to their nodal officer in 9957134865 several time but they made their system that no one can make any complain to them, whenever the complain part comes the phone automatically get disconnected.
