Airtel 3G Mobile Data Bill Problems

This is Kavidoss, we are using the Airtel mobile service no. 9791159160, 9940429601,9566222588 for more than 7 years. Airtel sales executive have cheated my old father (Devadoss) for data sim 9840913620 and now they were asking us to pay 2500. Sequence of action: 1. We have subscribed to 3G plan for our newly shifted home in Kelambakkam (rs. 1000 Unlimited) for mobile no 9566222588 on May 2013 2. In our area the 3G signal was very week and we are unable to use the service 3. We have made compliant for 3G service for mobile no 9566222588 and we still continue to pay the bill amount 4. Airtel customer service called us and we have requested our address and other related information, they told that they will send Airtel executive 5. Airtel sales person came to our home, informed my father (Devadoss) that we are using 2G/3G sim hence it was switching between signal and if you use 3G data sim (9840913620 ) it will be good and asked to pay 300, we also told him that if we get same problem he asked to call him for cancellation 6. Next day itself we called the person and asked to cancel and no response from him 7. My wife called 121 from mobile no 95662225XX to cancel the service of 9840913620 8. Next month Airtel customer care called and informed that we have outstanding of 1000 to be paid 9. My father told that we are not using the data sim, she told that if we pay rs. 500 they will cancel it and my father did the same 10. After 3 months, we got call again to pay 3000 to close the connection We have asked to check the 3G usage in the sim 9840913620 from date of purchase. we don’t 3g signal and not using the service in spite of that they are asking us to pay Rs. 2540.87
