I am using Airtel 3G from last 1 year but the speed is so much pathetic it takes 30 minutes to open a page..so much pathetic services and really want to switch my number in vodafone. I am total dissatisfy with the services even people at customer support are so rude they are repeating one thing again and again like a parrot… so rude god knows how this company became an multi-national company. Pathetic and so much irritating.

No Free 3G Data with Airtel

My name is Vikas, 9673994430. I have recently purchased Sony Xperia T2 Ultra. Along with that I got free offer of 1 gb 3g data for 2 months .I called 121 and asked more on that offer.The representative asked me to visit nearest ARC .I took a day off from my office and visited ARC which is 8 km far from my home only to know that in Maharashtra Airtell doesn’t have 3g facility.Iit came to me as shock that how can such a company like Airtell doesnt have 3g for mobiles in Maharastra . Also why I was not told this earlier when I called customer care . It would be great if someone kindly let me know answers of my questions .
