This is Ashok Reddy using your connection on 9021 XX3447 phone number. i writing this complaint to you. after fed up with your network policies. Complaint :- on 08/08/2016 i have some 50mb 3g Data and 40/- main balance in my account. and i started using my Airtel 3G network to see news on youtube around 3’o clock. after some time i checked the balance found my main balance was deducted even though there is 30mb 3g Data available. Airtel people say when balance less than 30mb then main balance will get deducted and then 3g balance. I did not understand this rule(Cutting main balance if 3G data less than 30 MB while using multiple applications) why they have implemented and applied for me. i want my main balance back or directly say move out from the Airtel. — P.
