I am having airtel prepaid cell no. 88000XX9558. On 10.10.2015 I opted for Scheme of Rs.149/- for 1 GB with validity of 28 days and to my surprise I got consecutive 4 messages saying “Now enjoy 450 MB 3G internet for 14 days @ Rs.149….” leaving a balance of Rs.36/- from earlier balance of Rs.632/ – odd – deducting Rs.596/- i.e. 149 x 4 which is totally absurd and with half of the down load internet i.e. from 1 GB to 450 MB. I contacted and have been informed that such amount cannot be reversed being prepaid and some mistake from my side. No complaint number has been given. You are requested to credit Rs.447/- to my prepaid amount and allow me to use 1 GB with 28 days validity. This is urgent.
