I raised a request for Airtel 3g dongle in the Airtel website on 22/02/15. I was contacted by MSDM Retail-Kart Private Limited (Airtel Retailer) with a offer of Airtel Plan. Purchased a dongle of 2400 Rs with a SIM card(23/02/15). My request was registered with Airtel and got a SMS from Airtel on 25/2/15 Activation Number:329540746 Mobile no:9599106233 Number not yet activated(28/02/15), called Airtel they are saying its a invalid request and suggested to contact retailer, when called retailer they are saying contact Airtel, am hanged between.

I demand Connection Activation or money refund ASAP.
