Airtel – 3G to 2g internet getiing harsment from the company

Monopoly of the Airtel – Internet I was surfacing the 3G Mobile Internet (Mobile No. 8826506992) through My Nokia 5130 after recharging with Rs.655/- for unlimited excess in my laptop. Suddenly the Airtel Company discontinues the setting which the subscriber received from the company to run internet through their mobile to the laptop/ pc. When the internet speed is too slow than I contact with the customer service department for the solution of the problem and come to the knowledge that the setting which run 3G mobile internet for non-3G comparatible mobile phone is discontinue by the company and if we recharge 3G internet and we are only getting 2G internet speed and the company did not inform to the subscriber. According to the customer service repreanrative he advice to buy the doggle to run the 3G internet in the laptop/pc. In this way the subscriber are forced to buy the internet doggle to run the internet. Then I decided to purchase a doggle and inserted my sim and run the internet in the laptop/pc. After a few days run the internet through doggle in the laptop, than the speed becomes too slow in which no website can be open by the subscriber. Although the internet recharge is not completely exhaust. When we recharge of the internet the following message is received by the subscriber. “Recharge successful on date…. At time… on Rs. 655/- . S.Tax Rs.72.05. Trans Id ….. Validity 30 days, benefit 3GB 3g+post 3GB unlimited browsing @ 80kbps. According to the customer service department personal after 3Gb data download you will received 2G speed up to the validity days and the 2G speed is too slow nobody can open the browser. The download is also deducted while browsing the internet. Ultimately the loss of the subscriber and there is no use of the above said sms because there is incomplete information in the sms. Customer department of the company did not have any solution of the above problem and they wait till the recharge date is exhausted. If the customer is interested to run the internet he/she has to recharge again with the desired amount. Here I have switch off of internet browsing through this mobile phone due to poor service from the company. IIed Incident I purchased a new sim (Mobile No. 9560943971) from the Airtel Dealer and inserted in the doggle and recharge on Dt. 04/12/2013 for Rs.655/-. I have received the following two sms from the company. Ist SMS says:- “Recharge successful on Dt. 4/12/2013 at 1PM Rs.655/- S.Tax 72.05 Trans ID 1246131871 validity 30 days Benefit 3GB+past 3GB Unlimited @ 80 kbps.” IIed Sms says:- “3G plan of Rs.655/- with 3GB data free is active on ur no. After free data charges are 3p/10kb validity 30 days video call 5p /sec on local STD roaming” Please see the difference in both the sms received from the company. When I recharge for Rs.655/- there is balance of Rs.102 towards talk time is Rs.102/ – which is unauthorized deduct by the company towards the internet use before the activation of
