Respected Sir/ Madam We would like to inform you that we applied for a Airtel 4G Broadband Internet Connection which SIM card No. was 89913 10900 39006 86341 and Data Card No. 8585845xxx from Bharti Airtel Ltd. through their authorized marketing executive Mr.Sanjib Das whose Mob. No.08420493xxx and gave an advance for Six months internet services of Rs.6734.90/= (Rupees Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four and Ninety Paise Only) to them on 15.05.2014 vide Cheque No.000133. It was activated on 26.05.2014. We utilized it about One month, but unfortunately, due to interrupted & slow speed services occurred from 01.06.2014, it was decided by us to disconnect the Broadband Connection and subsequently an email was sent to them on 18.06.2014. (A copy of email have been attached with this letter) In replying of our email, they informed us on 20.07.2014 through email (A copy of email have been attached with this letter) and agreed to refund of Rs. 5275.68/= (Rupees Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five and Sixty Eight Paise Only) within 60 Days from the date of this email and as per email, they suspended the broadband connection on 25.07.2014 at Midnight. But till date, we don’t have received any kind of amount from Bharti Airtel Ltd. Again, we send a letter on 18.11.2014 via Speed Post regarding refund of said amount. By replying our query, they replied us on 19.11.2014 through email and mentioned in letter that the connection was suspended on 18.11.2014 whereas they confirm us of suspension on 25.07.2014. They are not paying any type of interest in this matter. So, we are applying for this matter before you .
