I had purchase htc mobile in the month of September and there after i had visited htc service center in indiranagar 3 times and thereafter now jayanagar centre since my phone switches to flight mode when i receive/ make a call. i hardly used this handset since it was almost all time at service centers and now after submitting the handset on 17/11/2014 at jayanagar service center i had not got even one call from the service center and even they are not picking the calls on the number indicated in the service slip.
want the replacement of the handset and also compensation for wasting my time in there services, even because of this i had to purchase a new handset because i am not able to use the handset which i purchased.
